This is a short, fairly typical street that directly links Piazza della Duomo (southwest) with Piazza della Santissima Annunziata (northeast) in the historic centre of Florence. Viewing towards Piazza della Duomo you can see Brunelleschi Dome throughout. That is sort of neat. Looking the other direction, watch for the Ferdinando I Equestrian Monument, indicating that you are nearing Piazza della SS. Annunziata.

The street is lined with eateries, coffee shops, gelato shops, a few bars, retail shops and occasional hotel. It is a quick and easy route between these two locations for anyone planning to visit both or just seeking a spot to wander around the city.

This short street connects Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della SS Annunziata. Unique views of the dome are afforded along this street. It is lined with palaces, churches and now many shops and restaurants.

We walked from the piazza with the horseman to the Domo.
It's a really nice street with quaint shops, caffes and restaurants.
Walk walk walk that's what a Florence is about!

Via dei Servi is a rather lovely street. It connects, in a manner of speaking, two Piazzas, the Piazza del Duomo, where the Cathedral di Santa Maria del Fiore is, and the Piazza della Santissima Annunziata, where you will find the equestrian statue of Ferdinando I, one of the famous Medici Family greats. End to end you can view the huge Duomo and the equestrian statue (well, if you can see that far!), but this fact says something, I think, about the people who built these things! Via dei Servi is full of all kinds of shops. It has cafes, restaurants, gelaterias, cake shops, Bars, fashion shops, and a myriad of others too!
