This is a short pedestrian friendly street of perhaps a 100 metres in length, linking Piazza del Duomo with Via Cavour to the northeast. You will pass by a few hotels, places to grab a coffee, cornetto, gelato as well as a few shops along the way. Wouldn't specifically target this street over others in the area but fine to enjoy if exploring the area around Piazza del Duomo.

The busy street connects Via Cavour with the Piazza del Duomo. It is named after the family who gave several high officials of the church and possessed a huge collection of artworks. The pedestrian street is lined with nice stores and elegant coffee shops with some very interesting architectural works along the road.

Via de' Martelli is a nice little street, which caters for pedestrian traffic mainly, but also allows bikes. It is between the Piazza del Duomo and Via Cavour. There are many shops, including cafes, bars, some restaurants and other types. So if you happen to be on Via Cavour, keep going, you will end up on Via De Martelli and then you will be at Duomo square. You can grab a gelato or a coffee while you are in this area too!
