This 19th century piazza has undoubtedly the best panoramic view of Florence. The square is decorated with copies of Michelangelo's sculptures, but it's the view people come here to see.

The best view to Florence. Located on the top of the hill, the square was a beautiful view to the city. People gather to see the sunset in the end of the afternoon.

We got to this amazing view every time we visited Florence, and it never disappoints. This time we arrived especially at night and the sight is simply wonderful (and hundreds of people on the spot just add to the experience)

This is actually a must do when in Florence if you ask me! The view overlooking the city of Florence is awesome and one the best ways to see the city and get to this vista is the Hop on Hop off bus tour.

This was a great evening walk to see the sunset over Florence. The view was beautiful! The only downside were the crowds who also had the same idea. Going early would ensure you a front row seat or place to stand.

elevated terrace offers visitors an incomparable and
breathtaking view of the entire city from above.

Too far to walk - you could take a city bus Number 12 bus is the one that loops up to the park and back. We took it up, stayed for awhile and caught the bus back down to the city. Cost around 2 euros for seniors
