My husband and I wanted to take a cooking class in Florence, and thanks to Trip Advisor we discovered Cook Eat Italian. Manuela was fantastic - funny, interesting and a good teacher. Who knew that it would be so much fun to make pasta from scratch! We felt like we were visiting a good friend who just happened to teach... More

My wife and I had the best time at Manuela's cooking class! You will lean to cook Italian in her very own kitchen. Where else can you get that experience? The food is fantastic and we learned a lot about traditional Italian cooking. You won't regret booking this class

My husband and myself along with our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed a wonderful Friday evening with Manuela in her family home to learn how to prepare a 4 course Italian dinner. Manuela has a very professional and well thought out class with all the details tended to. She was assisted by her mother who was visiting from Sicily and was... More

We went with a group of six friends for an education in Italian cooking. But we received so much more! She has a witty way of weaving the do’s and don’ts of food preparation with the culture of eating in Italy. She flawlessly shows and explains so many details about food with great zeal and humor. For example, how to... More

I went with a friend to this course, hoping it would be relaxed, informative and delicious... it did not disappoint. We spent time discussing the history of Italian cooking, laughing, eating and just having the best time. It MADE our stay in Florence. Highly recommended!!!!

I have always imagined going to cooking school in Italy, and I can't imagine it would have been better than this. In Manuela's tiny kitchen in Florence, this is a chance to learn the secrets of Italian cooking in a private home. Manuela is a passionate chef and wonderful teacher. Her English is fantastic and she shares and cooks from... More

My wife and two children took the pasta cooking class with Manuela last week and had a great time. Manuela is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and patient, and we spent a wonderful Saturday morning working in her kitchen making some wonderful pasta. Before we started cooking, Manuela discussed our menu options for the pasta and sauces. We made our choices, and... More

We loved our cooking class with Manuela! My husband and I were late booking a class and were so thrilled that Manuela would fit us in at the last minute and give us our own class. We made several types of pasta, enjoyed the hands on experience, and are excited to be able to make our own ravioli, now, too.... More

We attended Manuela's cookery class over a 5-day period. My husband has not done much cooking in the past but we thought this would be a great way to celebrate his retirement and to learn a new skill. Despite having a bad cold on two of the days Manuela was always enthusiastic and was continually thinking of new ingredients to... More
