Last month I visited Venezia for the day, it was the highest point of my trip. I took the train from Milan, I paid less than 70euros for the tickets which is not cheap, but totally worth it. If you book in advance you'll get...More

We had a great lunch at this Cafe when we were in Florence. Great selection and good service. You could see a lot of "locals" eating there- always a great sign. Perfect portion sizes!

The easiest way to spot the Piazza San Marco in Florence is to find the 1873 Monument to General Manfredo Fanti, born in Capri. Fanta was key in the mid-19th-century wars of Italian independence. On the north side of the square is a church and...More

We visited the city threw our trip. Before leaving, and due to the fact that our hotel was close by, we made a stop for a small and nice tour before heading back south. Nice. But nothing more

This is an amazing place in Venezzia. Surrounded by restaurants and attractions a good place for photos. You should be aware of the pickpockets because there's lots of people in the same place and time.

It's a very nice historical place but fortunately it's very crowded and it's full of thefts. I saw a lady that she was left without the bag by someone, who basically just grab her bag and runaway.

The pleasant atmosphere of this residential area, a
stone’s throw away from the Duomo of Florence,
surprises everyone. A continuous flow of backpacking
students provides the tranquil surroundings for the
elderly residents who sit in Piazza San Marco to read
the daily newspaper. Home to several universities,
including the Academy of Fine Arts, San Marco is one
of the most vibrant cultural centers in the city. A
