The Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Ricci is a lovely Church on Via del Corso Piazza del Duomo in Florence. The start attraction here is the organ and the incredible music that emanates from it. Lovely!

My 16-year old daughter and I were walking aimlessly throughout Florence one evening after our 'American dinner' at the Hard Rock Cafe nearby, and I heard beautiful pipe organ music nearby. We followed the sound and ended up in this small church out of nowhere!...More

I love, love, love this church! I found it quite by accident several years ago while visiting Florence and it was one of the first places on my list this trip. Don't miss an opportunity to visit and listen to the music!

We followed the sound and entered the church to listen to beautiful music for a while. Nice place to visit! I made a small donation as there was a sign that reads sth like "donate to keep this place running".

We weren't planning on visiting this church, but as we walked past we could hear the organ playing and the signs on the front gate advertised a free concert (it was lunchtime). We entered the church and were immediately entranced not only by the music,...More

The organ concert in a mystical, gorgeous church was one of the highlights of our last trip to Florence. The classical selections, ending with the "Ave Maria," were superb. The heavenly sound of the organ filled the church with such power and glory that I...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by

The historic center is characterized by the immensity

brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
