You need to email them, google Tuk Tuk Florence and their website is one of the first links. I think we paid about €120 for 3hrs but it was a great tour - you get picked up from your hotel and dropped back wherever you want, I fancied ice cream so our driver took us to his favourite place in the neighbourhood, he took us up into the hills which we would never seen otherwise, he recommended us a delicious pizza restaurant for dinner and called ahead for us to check it was open etc. It was one of the highlights of our Italy tour.
