A really interesting walk with a group of friends. The aqauduct is a staggering construction and spans a significant distance. Worth a full afternoon to visit and walk through the gorgeous surroundings

Built in the early 1800's, was in use until the early 1900's. Looks like aqueducts built by the Romans probably because the system worked.

very intrestin if you like to WALK and see how lucca got its water years ago its amazing that its still standing very pretty on a nice day you get to se parts of Lucca you would never see

Ancient Acqueduc, you can see it from faraway from the highway, construction from the ancien romans to bring the water in town of Lucca; locals make often a picnic trip to the forest outside of town, very nice for familys.
