Lots of construction work going on at the end of May 2018.
So much that you can't really get any feel for the place and it just looks a mess.
You can't really see the buildings and unfortunately at the moment probably best missed.
I always stayed in the middle of the town. Think to have seen taxi's around so I guess it won't be a problem. Enjoy your stay! Leave the piazza Napoleone in the south side (where traffic is allowed) and you will find a taxi.
