It's a busy street going right thru the center of the old town. There are vendors' stalls (of a farmers' market) where you can buy some local food and crafts.

An average street. It is a Main Street in the old city of Perugia. The street has many old buildings, some cafes and pizzerias. It has many shops, too. But it has no life in it! There is nothing special about it.

Loads of character, upscale shops, quaint restaurants, vibrant, great place to spend an afternoon. Walk the full length of the road to avoid missing anything - there is a great galleria and park overlooking Perugia and the Umbrian countryside.

Well, around this street you will find ALL the action of Perugia. Bars, restaurants, shops, banks and hotels. Also cafeterias until late night.

This is the main street in Perugia--with luxury shops, caffè, and lots of great restaurants. Do not miss Sandri, the oldest and most historic caffè in the city.

Hi GaryLex, Thank you for sharing about Perugia. I am visiting in December of this year and wonder if you found places open for business during your stay. Also, did you find the railway station far from the city center of town? Thank you for your time. Cruz Aguinaga
