The UN tour is really terrific, it is offered in a variety of languages by actual UN interpreter. The hall where the meetings take place with all the member nations nameplates displayed drives home the importance of the. UN and it's humanitarian role. The original...More

We had a very good tour guide. I enjoyed learning about the history and being in these important rooms, but what surprised me most was the artwork around the buildings. Countries give the UN gifts of art, so walking through is like visiting an art...More

We visited the Palais des Nations in September 2016. You need to allow plenty of time for your visit on account of the fact that the main entrance is some way from the tram stop and there is airport style security as you come in....More

I enjoyed the tour quite a bit as it was informative and entertaining. Allow extra time to get through security.

The tour was amazing and definetely well worth a visit, there are some amazing stories, the UN is explained to the last detail, and the surroundings are beautiful. Surprisingly there is also a well stocked bookshop inside, even selling the latest Harry Potter book :)

This was a highlight of the Geneva trip. We took the tramway from the train station which is very simple. The plaza with the fountain and flags was a good photo op. However to take a tour you have to walk 500 meters around the...More

Queued for an hour to enter, 12€ cost. Interesting, but barely worth the wait. On the 1 hour tour You get to see the large meeting rooms in the old & new buildings and a chance to buy UN branded souvenirs.

If you are in Geneva this is a must see. There are tours between 10-12 and 14-something. Tour takes 1 hour and costs 12 chf. Before getting in the building you go through similar security as airports, except they allow bottles of water. Tickets can...More
