Fantastic train station, with a wide variety of shops, places to eat and banking inside. We visited here most days as the prices for breakfast and lunch were the most reasonable for us rather than eating at the hotel. Lots of brilliant places to enjoy...More

They have everything here -- many food options, stores, ATM, a bank with real people working in it, everything you need. And it is right snack in the middle of the town!

Took a number of trains from here and the departure boards and platforms are easy to find. TI helpful if you need. COOP grocery store on bottom level. Everything you need.

We used the station coming from Zurich and going to Basel. It's big and busy, but the signage and layout is quite user-friendly.

Well connected to Zurich or walk across the from the station for a boat cruise to for a local tour. Buses are available just outside. Easy to navigate

Lucerne station has everything you need before your trip: easy to find tourist info desk, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

The station is a real hub. The really informative tourist centre is here and they provide excellent assistance. As well there is an arrange of shops to provide to your needs. Also next a major boat trip place.

The train station is not so big so 16 minutes would provide you more than enough time to change trains.
