A jungle near the heart of the city-Lausanne. A nice trekking area very close to the Lausanne CBD with a all-wooden tower. You need to climb this 450 step tower to get a bird's eye view of the city. Consumes some time, though. Definitely recommended...More
bus 16 will bring you up to the lake Sauvabelin, a nice escape from the city, out to the green. a little lake, animals for childen, walking trails... we walked down to the Hermitage museum, less then half an hour, even when you walk slowly.
Lovely forest full of healthy trees and wildlife. There are interesting structures made of wood for the kids to climb around on and swings. We enjoyed a long walk with plenty to look at. Good for picnic or you can find a restaurant.
Very nice and calm forest north of Lausanne.
From up there you can walk around a little lake where animals wont be far away from you. In summer you can even go srowing on the lake.
It is something very to do with childrens.
This is a place for lovers of nature. Located at Lac Sauvabelin and near to the Sauvabelin Tower, this is the place to enjoy a peaceful and quiet afternoon amongst the birds and animals of the petting zoo. You won't find many tourist-y things to...More
