The museum had a special exhibition on Miro which I really enjoyed. The artwork was curated beautifully and the spar although quite modern did not feel too cold. Their own collection included Giacometti which i always enjoy and the museum shop carried some good posters.

While visiting Zurich, I wandered into the Kunsthaus just to see some art and was lucky to be there during the Miró exhibit. The Miró exhibit was absolutely stunning, and if you get a chance to see it, definitely go visit! In addition, the Kunsthaus...More

The museum is worth visiting although the temporary exhibitions are better than the permanent ones. Very kids friendly

Visited the MIRO exhibition - fun to watch with kids - they were even allowed to lie on the floor and draw their own interpretations of the paintings. Only minus was the price. But then again Im used to free museums in Denmark. Nice service...More

Lots of nice art here. An embarrassment of riches from the 19th and 20th centuries. I'd skip the Old Masters available here in view of the contemporary and 20th century stuff. Pleasant staff and well laid out exhibits.
