Easily accessible via public transportation (and free!) this is a beautiful nature escape in the middle of busy and lively Zurich. Three different greenhouses (three climates) invite you to explore and the garden itself is beautiful with plenty of grassy areas to sit or lie...More

Went with high expectations but was disappointed. The gardens aren’t well looked after and need more care. Plenty of weeds, and looking overgrown. Maybe it’s because I visited late in the season but it also looks like some of the funding to support this free...More

like any other garden...it requires maintenance and that's why it's average. There are plants that don't have a name on it so you keep your ignorance at the same level as before. It's worth a visit especially on the hot days of summer

Free! In Zurich, a rarity. Kids will enjoy the biosphere bubbles. There is a lovely cafeteria on site. Nice place to spend a quiet hour or two if you are in the area.

Compact and free this garden was interesting. They had several biomes represented and the open gardens outside were easy to get around. Not going to occupy a huge amount of time but a great place for a picnic or to sit and relax.

Its newly renovated glass houses are definitely worth seeing, and also the rest of the place is pretty cool. Especially when considering that it has free entrance :)

This is a nice free attraction but definitely not a must see or do while in Zurich. There is a peaceful pond you can sit next to or pack a lunch near the pond. There are three buildings full of greenhouse plants to explore along...More
