First of all, I really recommend you go here. It is a beautiful view of the city, river and old town. I have been taking visitors to this place for years, but for some reason I recently thought there must be more to the place...More

The climb up is pretty steep but from up there you have the view of the river and the old town which is pretty nice. However, for me I felt that the viewpoint was not high enough for a breath-taking view. Recommend those who have...More

The roots of Zurich go back to this historic area in town. When we visited, there was a temporary exhibition that explained some history to it. The square is elevated and surrounded with basswood/linden trees and gives you a great view on the river Limmat...More

This park is amazing, the view that offers of Zürich, is just great, and the colors of the leaves, the roofs and the river in autumn are wonderful! A place to stop, breathe and rest....

While walking along the banks of the Limmat River, we saw a bunch of people on a hilltop and decided to go there. It's a nice quiet area (at least when we got there) with a view of river and Grossmunster. It's a good place...More

I spent one day in Zurich and tried to see as much as possible. My stop at Lindenhofplatz came at the perfect time, as I was ready to sit down, relax, and take in the beautiful view. The park itself isn't the highlight. It's definitely...More

Easy to get to by foot from the Zurich main train station and is quiet place to step back, relax and take in a few minutes of quiet from a vantage point that has good views of the city and Limmat River.

Nice stroll up to a beautiful view of the city! It is a quick stop- nothing there to do really, but it is lovely.

It is somewhat a steep uphill approach reaching this park . Many people stay here chatting , taking photos , admiring the views. Some play games , drink beer or something. Worth the short visit .
