We drove down a winding road from Bradford on Avon to get to the very small village of Avoncliff. Next time if the weather is good I would prefer to walk or cycle as the countryside is glorious. There is a Tea Room and a...More

Getting to the Avoncliff aqueduct by car is not easy as there is a very small road with a pay & display car park at the end. The walk between Dundas aqueduct and Avoncliff aqueduct is about three miles along a pretty stretch of canal...More

Visited whilst walking along the canal and what can I say other than stunning. The scenery is just amazing with the water, the wide life, the hills and the canal. Well worth the walk from Bradford.

Must see this place. Very popular for walking and cycling. Easy to get from Bath. Unspoilt and quiet in the week.
