Sat down for our meal and could hear constant swearing from kitchen. The old man at the bar was rude and because it's such a nice place to sit and have a meal I was so disappointed. Staff need to get their act together

This pub used to be a favourite back in the 80s, but enjoyed a first visit for years last week. Location is unbeatable with a table by the river on a perfect summer evening. Menu relatively limited (no starters as standard) but presentation and quality...More

Good food and nice ales. An excellent location right by the Avon canal and Avoncliff Aqueduct. A great stop on a canal boat holiday.
