Overall nice themed park and very clean. Lot of F&B outlets, slightly expensive. The disappointing part was that not one single monkey approached our party, this was very much different years ago and i was quite excited about this. Will probably give it a miss...More

We had a fantastic time at this unique sanctuary for monkeys and lemurs. This park is nothing like a zoo, the animals are free to roam relatively large areas and the fences are reduced to a minimum. Situated in the middle of a wooded area,...More

The apenheul animal park is well laid out and gives the animals a lot of space. There's a wide range of creatures. The gorilla talk is interesting. It's a shame there's very little English language information. I understood most of the Dutch but think non...More

This park is an excellent monkey-park. All the species monkies from the whole planet live here, in beautiful surroundings, as natural as you can get. The park is also educational about our environment, a real education and much fun

Tired of seeing animals in distressing environments? Me too but here the monkeys roam free in beautiful surroundings. I was lucky enough to have a little one jump on my lap and crawl up onto my shoulder.

We visited from Canada and this park was on my to do list. The zoos in Canada are nothing like this. Loved seeing the animals running around loose, if they choose to interact with humans they can, but the humans have to stay on the...More

A very nice nature parc to visit with friends or family. Placed in a beautiful Dutch forest. But also a very good location for business events!

You can easily spend a good 4 to 5 hours there if you take your time and spend some more time at the area where the monkeys walk around freely and see the shows. Enjoy your stay!
