The service and attention from the staff was excellent. The restaurant serves good wine, beer and snacks. The dinner was worth money- the steaks were cooked to perfection. Excellent!

This is a restaurant. I didn’t eat here so I can’t comment for the food. The restaurant is located at the centre of the city. Very pretty building. The plaza in front of the restaurant in the market and lots of fun to look around foods, flowers and daily items and the atmosphere matches the market and the restaurant very well. St Stephen’s church is some steps away.

This is a stunning restaurant with interesting architecture and history, Tables available both inside and out which is great. The venue is wheelchair accessible, but the floor is small-cobbled.
I ate from the 3 course set menu and all components were fabulous. Friendly and attentive staff and a wonderful atmosphere - I will return!

You cannot miss it. This medieval building is very well maintained and just beautiful. It is located in the heart of the city.

This amazing building sits on the main market square. It is very well restored. A pity that the terraces take away the full view of this monument.

This attractive Renaissance era Nijmegen town centre building has bars and cafés to its fore but is still easily the best looking old town structure in the area.

This magnificent building takes pride of place on the square and is worth a look. Built in the 1600's it is a great example of the architecture of the time. It now houses a cafe/restaurant with seating both inside and out. We didn't use it this time but really enjoyed the views.

Good food with friendly staff and nice scenery sitting in the sun at the Grote Markt.
From this point there is this Electric Bus which brings you in 40 minutes to a city tour. Cute and fun.

Each town we visited in the Netherlands had one of these De Waagh buildings. Some were more beautiful than others and the Waagh in Nijmegen was very impressive. Full of details to see and photograph. Very nice to see
