Neighbourhood: Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.

I was visiting Amsterdam and decided to go to this coffeeshop that I have read good things about. But I was very very dissapointed. This one guy w blonde hair was in no means helpful or cared what I wanted to buy. He explained everything in "one breath". Felt like I was unwanted there and he wanted me to quickly buy and leave. While waiting to pay, I had a glimpse at another employee who was working and serving a costumer next to me. He seemed way nicer. So maybe I was just "lucky" to be served by this great guy. Also before leaving i got a complaint from him because I took a photo of how I was waiting outside. OUTSIDE ! And you can only see the logo hanging. Maybe the guy had a bad night sleep, or maybe he is angry on foreigners coming to this coffeshop.
So in all, I would not come here another time, and if I knew that I would be served in that way before coming, I would have chosen another coffeeshop during my visit.

Bought 4 red velvet edibles for myself and friends but we all agreed they had no effect. I was served by a female in her 20's who was unnecessarily rude. She told me the shop does not accept mastercard or visa, and when asked what cards are accpeted as they have a card machine, she said "why do i have to repeat myself go to an ATM" and rolled her eyes. Sh*t Edibles, sh*t service, big queue.

Pretentious. They employ someone who looks like a hotel bell boy on the entrance to tell people to take their hat off even if you’re just buying takeouts. Hat etiquette has its place in certain more formal establishments, but this is a coffee shop. It should be relaxed and informal. I felt they were pretentious and condescending.

Not worth your money! They will sell you garbage for full price! Rather go to dampkring is closeby.
Playing full price for getting grit instead of flower. Also service is pretty bad. Better go to dampkring same price better quality

it became a mess. yesterday I went with my girlfriend, she entered while I was looking at the window of another shop with my bike, 20 meters from the Coffeeshop. the man outside the entrance, very very rude, told me that I couldn't stay there and that I had to leave because I was with the bike, not on top of the bike just next to me and I was 20 meters away from him! as if the sidewalk were all theirs. in the end he kicked my girlfriend out because I was in front of another shop with my bike. They think they are the owner of the street.
Now they care absolutely nothing about customers, for them what matters is only making money and they would even treat you badly to do so. they behave very strangely with non-Dutch people.
I strongly advise against going to this coffeeshop. now other people are opening a new coffeeshop that will compete with them and I can't wait already.

I probably visited 10 different coffee shops during my 5 day stay in Amsterdam. I would recommend this one above most others. The layout is modeled after a bank. We stayed a bit far from the main location and the west Amsterdam location but I found it often worth the walk. If they have it, get the Banana Candy Kush. You won’t regret it

The strains in this "coffee shop" are terrific giving you exactly the kind of high you seek. They manage the crowds well - just get in line and you'll get your stuff. The only quibble is that they dont have a large enough place to actually smoke - but it is a minor quibble.

I often say you can tell a lot about a place with the way they cope when things go wrong!

I paid a visit to their store on Wednesday, and as a first timer (minus a few puffs here and there) asked for a pre-rolled joint.

I was advised to go easy, but stupidly took a fair bit too much and by the time it was too late....

My wife went downstairs for some help and a huge thanks and kudos to the guy with the long dreads who came and sat with us for a considerable amount of time, giving me water and glucose tablets to bring me back to a condition where I was safe to leave.

Still no idea how we made it the 2km back to our hotel (Mrs is a hero) but what an afternoon! 😁

Despite overdoing things, it was still an experience I won't forget and if I ever went back for another smoke in Amsterdam, I know where I'll be heading...

Thanks guys.

Was a bit disappointed with this experience for sure. Yes there’s a good variety & staff have a lot
Of knowledge but everyoneeee was so rude - from the security guy to those serving. I wouldn’t return personally. Visited much nicer places that were definitely more friendly and welcoming!

The edibles are pretty frickin good. 0,33 gram in each. I also wanted something like bubble gum, and they found a similar strain. Nice staff with good knowledge. I recommend everyone to try this one.
