We had used them before in Rhodes, and had a very good experience. Our pickup from the hotel was perfect. The driver was waiting down the street, and picked us up as soon as I texted him. He was very personable, and we had a nice chat on the way to the airport. I like being able to communicate directly with the driver. The drivers are professional and friendly, always on time. The cars were in impeccable condition. It was easy to book and to communicate with the driver. Although the driver was courteous and drove fine, he was almost 20 minutes late. Given the current unpredictable situation at AMS Schiphol, that is just not acceptable. Fortunately, we had arranged a very early pickup time. In addition, there were multiple changes of driver and the one who actually showed up was not anyone whose info I had ever been provided until he messaged me on WhatsApp indicating that he was late. Finally, while the van was a Mercedes, it was in bad condition and dirty, with trash lying around and there were large objects in the luggage compartment taking up valuable space. Our welcome pickup service in Brussels was outstanding (reviewed separately), so this was a real disappointment after that good experience.

Their services epitomise professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a safe and pleasant airport transfer. They provide you with the details of the driver, the driver replies to all messages even the previous day, the driver monitors the flight for any delays in the most efficient way, is willing to help clients with their luggage, discover the most efficient route for them to reach their destination. All COVID-19 measures are fully respected.

We have used Welcome Pickups in Greece, France, and now Amsterdam! They are always on time, have good communication, and make an effort to assign the same driver for all trips within a given city. They are competitively priced, and the drivers are excellent tour guides as well. We will continue to use them where available.

We paid in advance for Welcome Pickups to meet us at the airport in Amsterdam. We arrived on time but the lengthy lines for immigration processing delayed us, however, we emerged from the designated gate 15 minutes prior to the time the driver would depart had we not emerged from the airport. We were told that a driver would be holding a sign with my name but there were no signs. I walked up and down the busy area looking for a Welcome Pickups driver. None could be found. There were no signs with my name-no car to pick us up. We stood in a very long taxi line that I paid in advance to avoid. Received an email from them alleging that we were a no show but that is false. We were there on time. Welcome Pickups was not there.

It's truly disheartening to hear of your poor experience. Please know that is far from the norm, and we will be working closely with other departments internally to ensure it remains that way. Could you please get into contact with our customer service department
And provide them with a transfer id so that we can have a more in depth
Look into what happened with your transfer.

We arrived in the evening in Amsterdam on October 31 expecting our driver to meet us. He texted us to tell us he was 10 minutes late. When he wasn't there 10 minutes later, I texted him and asked how we were supposed to find him. He told us to come to some meeting point which we could not find so, transporting all our luggage, we followed the signs to the outside. We didn't see him anywhere. He carried no sign, contrary to what was promised, but he finally found us. Then he drove like a maniac, scaring us, to our hotel. We had been promised that he would meet us at arrivals, be on time, be carrying a sign so we could recognize him, and help with the luggage. None of this was true. Definitely not worth the money. So we canceled our return days in advance but were only refunded 80%. I highly recommend you NOT use this service.

Anyone can experience a problem with a service company. However few companies will stand behind their name and reputation to make the client satisfied. Based on their problem resolution, I’d give a 5 out of 5 stars, but I need to give a ding for the initial problem. I highly recommend them for your next transfer.

I used them for my pickup from airport to hotel and it was fine.
I had a pickup scheduled from the hotel to the train station. The train was cancelled due to a storm so out of my control. I reached out to the assigned driver to let him know. I tried contacting welcome pickups by every way possible, apparently the have no phone contact.
All I wanted was to reschedule the pickup time to the next morning.
Finally someone reached out to me to tell me that there was nothing they could. I had to pay for the missed pickup and a new pickup if I wanted a drive to the train station the next morning

I used Welcome Pickup for my return journey from my hotel to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The service was excellent! Booking online was very easy and updates from the company about the car and driver who would be picking me up was very helpful. The driver was on time and was extremely polite and friendly and the car was very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to be given a bottle of water for the journey. I would certainly use this service again and highly recommend it.

Welcome pickups from Schipol airport was preordered for a flight landing early am. The meeting arrangement was well described, I met him with ease. The driver spoke fluent English, was courteous and very pleasant. He drove a new, super clean and quiet electric Mercedes which was a pleasure to ride.

PERFECT - and loved the app keeping me proactively informed! Service couldn’t have been better or easier. We were picked up at Airbnb early and dropped at the front door of Keukenhof. Driver and car the highest level. Made getting to Keukenhof at 8AM a little easier and catching bus back simple, no reservations needed.
