Modern building with all facilities. Visit the excellent 7th floor cafe to enjoy the great self-service food choice and the summer views from the terrace.

The top floor restaurant with stunning views across Amsterdam and lovely food. Also chairs dotted on every floor by the windows to just read and relax... Heavenly.

It's near Central Station, go to the top floor offers a great and free view! The library itself is very modern too if you're into books.

The Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam (OBA), a short walk from Central Station, offers amazing views inside and out. Visit V&D La Place restaurant on the seventh floor for a fresh fairly inexpensive meal with a terrace overlooking the city.
