About
While enjoying a nice cup of coffee, tea or lemonade you will get a brief introduction about the history of Delft blue pottery. After the instructions you will quickly get to work with your own tile. There will always be a professional painter who will give you the right tips for a good result. When the tile is ready, we will continue to glaze it and fire it. This is also the reason that you can pick up the tile about 14 days later at one of our branches in Delft, Amsterdam or Putten. Of course we can also send the tiles (for a small fee). We give workshops to small groups of 2 to 15 people. If you want to follow a workshop on a different day or time, please contact us. We are happy to discuss the options with you. Workshops are possible on Wednesday through Sunday at 2.30 p.m. Minimum number of participants: 2 Maximum number of participants: 15 Duration: 1.5 hours Including coffee, tea, lemonade and a delicious Dutch treat Price adult € 39.00 Price child 6-12 years € 29.00
Duration: 1-2 hours

Lovely little shop in a beautiful historic building that stands alone in a square. Nice products, great staff. Definitely gift shop items available but this is a higher end place. Beautiful hand painted pieces on second floor which they will ship home for you. Meant for tourists but very far from a “tourist trap”.

this is the official best place to buy Delft pottery. They have several locations - everything I purchased was packed amazing and arrived perfect. Interesting small church looking building and the middle of the street!
But it’s a small nice gift shop!

Location is amazing - you seat in the famous Munt tower for whole workshop and feel the vibes of the place. The stuff is super helpful and nice. Hit drink with cookies is nice addition.

Very nice shop selling authentic delft pieces. A variety of prices from souvenirs to high quality hand painted pieces. We also booked a tile painting class which is held on the second floor. The cost is 39 euros each. The instructor was very helpful. Our girls group of 6 chose different patterns. We can’t wait to see how they look after firing and glazing.

Had a great time painting my own tile! Our instructor spoke English and Spanish, which was great for our party.
Value is also great, a single tile can cost about the same as this activity

Absolutely lovely! Barbara explain to us how the painting works, let us try shades in a sample tile and tgen we choose oyr own tile! A delighful experience! Mind that the tiles need to go to the oven to turn into blue, so you eill have yoyrs back in a couple of days.

We participated in the "paint your own Delft tile" class. I am a ceramicist in the U.S. and wanted to learn more about the centuries old technique of painting with Delft Blauw. Taking the class was very rewarding and we had a joyful time speaking with the instructor. We can't wait to receive the fired tiles in the mail.

Amazing historic location and such a fun workshop painting your own blue-white Dutch tile. Highly recommend since it is a fun experience and a GREAT souvenir.
No worries if you are not that creative, since the workshop starts with easy to follow introductions and you get loads of tips + are able to choose from a range of templates. I had a lot of fun!
