Many places to eat and drink ..just is turistic so dont expect best service or best food !! There are many bars and restaurant around ...smoking places and dancing places!!

Not much to see here in terms of history or architecture, but great shopping and bars. Very tourist heavy.

No one comes to Amsterdam and didn't know the leidsplein It's a very cultural and enjoyable place with many choices to eat drink and enjoy all the good things the city can offer

Whilst the square offers a selection of bars and restaurants much more can be found in the streets leading off the square, so don't forget to explore

Lots of cafes/restaurants/bars around this area. Also you can find the theater. There is always a lot going on around this area and can be quite noisy.

Tonnes of shops around this area, bars, restaurant, shopping outlets, etc... At night the bars are filled with people and it is definitely a lively district. Transportation are super convenient as tram stops just right at the square.

The Hard Rock Amsterdam is right there, has indoor and outdoor seating, and a lot goinh on outside in the stereet

As Mike suggested and I have checked it in google map trams #1, #2 and #5 all take you from central station to Leidseplein.

Hi, As you walk into the square from the main road, go to the left side of the square, bottom corner to halfway there is a nice coffee shop that you have to go down 7 steps or so, good juice, coffe, and staff, relaxed... More
