Travelling by train in Europe is an absolute pleasure unlike the experience in UK! Central Station is great, architecturally magnificent, great location and easy to purchase tickets.Trams located immediately outside servicing the wonderful city of Amsterdam!

Everything you hope for a station, with helpful staff. The concourse also has a profusion of shops and eating places

Great station, however make sure the elevators work if you have a lot to carry! The staff was friendly but to find our platform was difficult due to the elevators not working.

It is very busy with public transportation, bicycles and people. You also go here but to the back to catch the ferry to A’dam Lookout. The ferry is free. The building is also beautiful at night.

Station is not very interesting. Some stations have nice shops inside. Amsterdam has a lot of food outlets. Nothing original and very expensive. Could be more colorful considering it is Amsterdam. Have to say that there is not that much begging going on in front...More
