The waiter was a gentleman, a true professional. His courtesy and friendliness were on the level. Oh, and the drinks were ok too- a good bargain. I would love to come back since I was satisfied very much with the atmosphere.

Nice friendly place for a quiet drink, gave us shots with our drinks. Bar man was very friendly and gave us a bit of a history lesson on Amsterdam.

Gay bars are closing everywhere. Those which survive learn that welcoming customers is key to success. Sadly The Queen’s Head has not appreciated this and their staff largely ignore new customers (except for the older bar-man who gave a nice smile). It’s so unfortunate that...More

This place is great! I loved it here, small little pub but the bartender was so nice and they have a great drink and beer selection!

We had a great night at this old school friendly local gay bar. Host was very funny and welcoming. Fun range of prizes and a mixed friendly crowd

Nice gay bar and the window seats have a nice view over the canal. It's more of a pub than a nightclub so it's quite replaced. Very nice place to have a drink.

I visited the bar with my partner when we were in Amsterdam last week. The bar staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The crowd were slightly older. Can't wait to go back.

This place is great for a drink, one of the older Amsterdam gaybars, the last real gaybar in the street together with t Mandje, the rest became tourist traps. Best night is tuesday, drag bingonight. Hilarious fun!
