We stopped in Amsterdam for a shore excursion. I had booked a 5 hour city tour. We got a driver who only answered the questions we asked and didn't really offer any information. Our ship was late coming in however, he was more concerned about...More

Did the half day tour that starts at 245pm. Covered Marken, Volendam and the Windmills. Cheese factory at Volendam was our favourite stop. Timing at Windmills is not sufficient to explore other shops within the vicinity. Still this tour meets our criteria to see the...More

We took the Zaanse Schans, Volendam and Marken half day tour and we could not be happier. Our tour guides were caring, informative, and entertaining. The places we visited were awesome and we covered windmills, a museum, a cheese factory, a stroopwaffle bakery, a clog...More

An easy way to get an overview of the city. The commentary via headphones, is informative. At any point you may hop off, see the attraction. Then hop on the next bus. A stop at the Gassan diamond tour is free, see where diamonds are...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
