De Drie Fleschjes serves a wide range of Dutch Gin (Jenevers), including Corenwyn from Lucas Bols and a variety of liquors such as "Half and Half", "Bitter Cookies" and of course, the famous "Walk in the Woods" (Boswandeling).

Grolsch beer is on draught and, depending on the season, a range of special beers. Wine trade walraven|sax guarantees a number of superior wines and for the non-drinker there are plenty of soft drinks in stock. There is also no shortage of delicious bar snacks to accompany your drink of choice.

My wife and I visited just after opening and the place was already busy. We had our first Genever tasting that day and the bartender was very informative. He took a picture of our first sip . We took a seat in the snug and tried several different Genevers. Great place, lovely ambience and awesome bartender!! Must visit if you... More

Go there for a delicious beer in one of the oldest bars in Amsterdam, really stunning and really nice for a drink with some friends. Also the stylish barrels in the room are very cool!

What a cool place. I've been there on both my trips to Amsterdam and will go back every time. I have a friend there who has her own cask on the wall that we drink from and the bartenders are fantastic. You gotta check this place out!

When my friends and I learned about jenever, we weren't sure where to go and randomly chose De Drie Fleschjes. I am so happy we did! It was fairly quiet inside and the bartender was happy to walk us through the history of the business and about the barrels folks rent out. The bar is pretty small, I imagine it... More

We came in and had an interesting explanation about the history of the place and of Genever from the barman. We had it the traditional way. I'd recommend it if you like to try local things.

It’s been in business since 1650. We went for the jenever. We chose the “old” version. We bent over and slurped it from the small glass. It was fun. (But, being a London gin drinker, I found jenever too much like a liqueur for my tastes.

Has it all - small enough to ward away the swarms of stag/hen night zombies, friendly but not over-friendly staff (the last time we were there was just before closing time and they had a lock in with just a few people where they doled out a free beer and shot of the top Jenever to the person who could... I read several very good reports on this place, I got curious so we went there, Unfortunately we got there right on time, when it opened and a couple already waited for the opening. They turned out to be Dutch and friends of the owner. There was no menu, so I tried to figure out what could we order. I... More
