Our Boatman pointed out and explained the history behind these heads during our boat tour. Legend says that the heads belong to the robbers caught by the maid. This attraction is unique and different! The only one we saw that has heads as facade decorations.

Stately Amsterdam Herenhuis with baroque facade dominated by sculpted heads. No idea who they are, but it looks awesome.

One of the best building I was during my Canal Tour. Houses in Amsterdam are always artistically great and well made, and the House with Heads is a perfect example.

You can see it from the canal. Very interesting architecture. If you don't go on a canal tour, try to take photos from the other side of the canal.
