Awesome interior, old fashioned wooden benches, enormous stained glass windows providing light, many artistic depictions and figurines lining the walls, beautiful confessional booths. Too much to see at once. I was happy to catch Mass in progress, great service, very friendly priests, had confession immediately...More

Well worth a visit of your interested in religious buildings. The interior is quite impressive and bursting with colour. The stained glass windows were really bright when we entered, photos don't do it justice.

This is an absolutely beautiful structure that I accidentally wandered into - it's not highly listed on any guidebooks or must see lists for Amsterdam, but after having wandered in I'd say that it's a great place to visit for anyone who loves seeing cathedrals....More

Beautiful architecture, all painted. Was amazed with the serenity of the church. There's Catholic English mass at 5.30pm on Saturday but I couldn't make it.. definitely worth dropping by for a short prayer.

A beautiful church a few step away from the end of the Flower Market. Well worth a visit. Very Roman Catholic with a beautiful altar and hanging Crucifix. The building is alongside the Canal.

This is our regular church. We love it here. The building is huge, and very tall but it does not intimidate with size. It is neo-gothic in style. The music at the Saturday evening English mass is excellent. The organist, Wim, is a great musician...More

This isn't on most tourists list of churches as it's further out of the centre. But I'm glad I went, the interior is grand and the high dome at the end isn't visible from outside so a pleasant surprise when you get to go in...More

It is a beautiful Catholic Church, we attended the lovely high Mass in English on Saturday evening at 5.15pm. It was an amazing and heartfelt service, the priest was very engaging with a lovely singing voice. The young organist was mesmerising. All in all a...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
