Amsterdam's murky past comes to life at the Amsterdam Dungeon * walk through Amsterdam’s sinister past * 500 years of history brought to you in about 80 minutes * meet our witch hunter, soul merchant and many other mouth breathers * go deep into the dungeon with (max) 29 other sinners * you are part of the show (or push another victim forward) * Scary True Stories and 'orrible Actors * English spoken… but also available in Dutch…. If you want to brag! * 10 years or younger? We wouldn’t do it, but that’s just an advise * Don’t tell anyone, but you can leave if you can’t take it anymore

We were friends group who entered in dungeon and found it more of interactive and fun rather then scary. Few girls were scared and getting their soul out in between the program was fun (I appologies later on with them) but yes this a must...More

I came to Amsterdam with my partner and we went to visit Madame Tussauds. We purchased our tickets to the dungeon at the counter and we went straight after we left Madame Tussauds. We both loved our experience. The staff are incredibly witty, friendly and...More

Would I rush out to see this in summer when there are many other attractions? Maybe not - this was a good option in cold weather with kids. It was well done and certainly gave us the heeby-jeebies at times. The actors are excellent and...More

After being slightly disappointed with Madame Tussaud's, we ventured on to the Amsterdam Dungeon. Despite having pre booked tickets we were left in a queue whilst the door staff explained the ticket process to a couple in front of us. When we were eventually let...More

Thank you for your review. We're dissapointed to hear you didn't think it was scary... perhaps we will have better luck next time with that. 😈 Thank you for your tips about the backpacks, we will definitely try to improve on that. 😈😈

I'm not one for role play or confident with new people but I really enjoyed this visit, which was a huge mix of these two things I don't normally like.! The actors taking you around the dungeons are superb. Really making you believe you're in...More

We visited the dungeon with my 2 kids of 16 and 13. I must say it was not at all what it was projected to be in the pamphlets and website. It was boring and quite silly. Definitely not worth your time there.

It was funny and historical about Amsterdam's history. Was not short, and had fun how the staff were all so into it.
