This small citadel is cramped between the narrow streets of Leiden and is an interesting part the old town, which you will probably stumble across. You can climb the walls and get a great view of the city from up there!

It is easy to walk around the various sites in Leiden. Well worth a visit and not far from the Station. Great views and a bit of a climb.

That’s a good opportunity to have a wonderful view of Leiden city from De Burcht. It is free and the opening hours is more than other attractions in Leiden.

If you're in Leiden and want a low key walk to an interesting point, this is a great place to stop over at. It's right next to the library, for what that's worth, and offers small views of the city from a hilltop perspective.

This is a great place to view, and a historical place to speak of the old Leiden. We did not stay longer but the view of the city was great. The is a cafe close when you come down.
