This smale scale museum surprises every visit with with an interesring photographer or a special theme. The small book store needs a quality upgrade.

This foto museum is have to find. The map app on my iPhone showed a different location marked with the name. When we arrived there was no foto exhibition on. Given we were there in August this was surprising. Thankfully there are other museums next...More

Great museum, but I have to admit that that depends on the exhibition. They also have a good shop and under the museum a very nice restaurant.

It's always nice to stroll around the Filmmuseum. Sometimes you love the photography, sometimes you don't, but then just have a coffee or beer in the nice bar / restaurant

There was a display of pictures of 3 amateurs. Well known dutch people. but they were well known for something else then their photography. There was a reason for that.

The exposition in summer 2012 in the photomuseum is very on the dark side. It is small...and the expositions change, but go to the gemeentemuseum next door. If you are planning a lot of museums in Holland get a museumkaart for 45 Euro....in the Hague...More
