The Peace Palace is situated near the center of The Hague, in a big open space surrounded by a beautiful park and near the "Scheveningse bosjes", which you can visit after your visit to the Peace Palace, to relax in the nature. The wish for world peace and an international court which should be housed in an impressive building which... More

Unfortunately, the palace itself is not open to the public. But the adjacent exhibition is very interesting and moving. Comes with audio-guide in multiple languages.

I am loving the Netherlands more and more after visiting the Peace Palace. I was very touched by the history of it. Some ppl fought hard to win wars and some ppl fought even harder to sustain these peaceful events /associations / organizations like this. The library of the Peace Palace has on of the world's largest international law collections.... More

What you can see from the outside is actually nothing comparing what you can expect on a tour inside. I have been on both daytime and night visits, which are pretty the same. Night tours are interesting as you see it from a bit different perspective and it is not often on offer. However, if you take just a regular... More

This place has so much transcendence that it makes you realize all the history that surrounds it, unfortunately we arrive late so we couldn't get inside, but the settings are impressive.

I went the exhibit which outside the peace palace and was interesting, I would call ok. This is free and open to everyone without tickets. However, having a tour of the peace palace, seeing the inside and hearing about the courts was well worth it if you can get tickets. They are not offered year round. They are only offered... More
