One of the most beautiful churches in the city

This Jesuit church is a must see. Already the close neighborhood is worth the visit, but look at the interior with an immense Rubens painting above the altar. Fantastic!

Most catholic churches have impressive altar pieces, and so does this one. The exterior looked very nice and old, but I was not impressed with the interior. Entrance was free, so nothing to complain. Just jump in when you're around.

You find this church at a cute and nice square. If you like the baroque style, this is the place to be in Antwerp! The interior is very bombastic but worth a visit!

Carolus Borromeus Church is a very attractive baroque church set in a small but equally attractive square. The church is certainly worth a visit if churches are of interest. The wood carvings of angels are particularly impressive. Personally I found it more interesting than the Cathedral. It also has the advantage of being a moments walk from De Quinten Matsijs... More

Amazing church of the city centre with a wonderful facade and a nice square just in front. Come and take your time to give a look to its majesty.

Very beautiful church with very classical design and architecture. Restoration is going on at the moment but the main complex still looks very stunning and amazing. Must go for every history lovers.

We were met by one of the church members who apologised and explained that only some of the building was able to be seen. What we saw was magnificent and we would love to see what it will be like when finished. We watched the art restorers working and were amazed at their patience.

This church almost beats the Cathedral of Antwerp, which is already a must see. Also, the square right in fron makes you wonder if you would actually be in Venice, Italy...

The smallest but most popular of the handful of monumental churches of Antwerp. beautiful interior AND exterior (the square), and has the best opening hours. also used often for concerts and marriages and only 5 minutes from the Grote Markt.

Spectacular baroque church built by the Jesuits. Nicknamed the Marble temple because of its opulence as it was designed to look like a Baroque banqueting hall, providing a foretaste of the heavenly banquet. Well worth a visit.
