I wouldn't necessarily go to the train station neighbourhood just to see this cathedral (it's just not that unique), but if you are in the area, it is definitely worth your while. A great example of gothic architecture!

We were fortunate to attend Sunday Mass at St Michael's Cathedral. The service was in three languages. French, German and Latin. The choir, the cantor and the organist made the Mass so special by their music and singing. Don't forget to admire the stained glass...More

Amazing place to be. Much natural light and amazing stone and wooden artefacts. Also really nice church organ. Wish we could have heard it in action too.

This cathedral is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside. A wonderful example of Gothic architecture and amazing stained glass and works of art inside

I think that it is a must-see in Brussels. The architecture is very nice and not far from the Grand place. You can even rest in the park in from of the Cathedral.

Seemed to me that looks similar with Notre Dame, Paris. It is a very, very nice Cathedrale. A must to see in Brussels.

From a non-religious stand point this was a beautiful church. The stained glass inside is really worth a mention as it is greatly detailed. Free entry - must add to your Brussels itinerary.
