The Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and of Military History is the perfect stop for history and military enthusiasts. Located in the two northernmost halls of the Cinquantenaire Park historic complex, the museum collections comprise more than 10 centuries of military and technology history, ranging from suits of armor, antique firearms and swords to armored vehicles and airplanes. Numerous paintings, sculptures, decorations, and military uniforms bring back to life the military history of this area. Admission is free. Closed on Mondays.

I did not have great expectations but I was surprised by the impressive collection that this museum has! The entrance is more than accessible (5 Euro /person) and the exhibits are exceptional

This place is full of history, and information. The displays are beautiful and very informative. We spent some enjoyable time in this place.

This is a lovely museum with a huge variety of exhibits, unfortunately very little is written in English. We shouldn't complain about that, & we were able to manage with the French & German we knew between us but I imagine for British speaking people...More

Really enjoyed visiting this museum only €5 per ticket and you could spend hours trawling through Histories. Definitely worth a visit if you are anyway interested in military

Best way is by Metro. Stop at Schuman and and ask for Park Cinquantenaire. It is on the left once you cross the Arch de Triumph.

If you want to visit every hall and floor, you need a day for an extensive visit and a few hours for a walk-through.
