At only €2 you may as well take a look if passing. It was interesting to learn the history of this tower and belfries in general however all the information is in the first room and after that there is no more. This was disappointing...More

It does not Seem high, But when you are at the top, you have a great view over Tournai. And when we went Up it was free of charge!

We were positively surprised at the belfry. Free entrance, small platforms breaking up the climb, a cool 360-balcony 2/3 up and another one at the top! Small play area for children - positively surprised!!

The views from on top were awesome and the Cathedral beside it was beautiful. The walkway was small and tight but worth it.

We climbed the belfry (200+ steps, I forget exactly) on a Sunday morning and had it all to ourselves for the first 10 minutes or so, and luckily it was a clear day and we could see for miles around. Superb views of the cathedral...More

Climbing the 256 stairs to the top is already a great experience. On the way, you have access to several rooms (history of the beffroi, jail). The view from the top is impressive and breathtaking, on a narrow platform. Not to miss!!
