went there 31 december 2019 and not a lot to do in the casino a litle bit short of staff , at the pokertable we had to wait very long to get a drink

Was here 3 days in a row for a pokertournament. Good atmosphere, good dealers and friendly staff. If the barservice would have been better i would give a five rating. In the pokerbreaks impossible to get a drink, and on other moments the priority of the staff is not good. They rather clean tables and do dishes instead of giving drinks. Also impossible to get a waiter at the blackjacktables. Asked the dealer five times but no waiter to be seen. Great restaurant with nice view over the water. …

A friendly experience , warm welcome and cool table games. The tournement crowd is coherent, amateurs and easy going . Very affordable food and drinks are available.

It looks great on the outside, but on the inside it is just not... The hotel needs an immediate interior remodeling: it is dirty and out of fashion. The rooms are old and neglected (though the bed was very comfy) and the casino it is overpriced... However the location, the outside view and the staff are great... …

The Casino is very crowded with men specifically on Saturdays and is very intimidating, with very arrogant and rude attitudes. The staff are just as rude and you're lucky if you get a genuine smile from anyone. Don't even go to the hotel upstairs - poor! Customer service requires vast improvement and decor set in the 70's!…
