Our guide was a delightful gentleman who spoke well about the town and pointed out many interesting buildings and told us much of interest. The exterior is in two styles as the town ran out of money halfway through. Our guide got us through all...More

Went in for a look but couldn't get passed the reception. Turns out you have to be on a guided tour to look around inside. Slightly underwhelmed to say the least.

Ghent is not always the first option for travellers, but I recommend people stop at least for a good couple hours to enjoy the architechture here.

We dropped in to visit the internal part of this Ghent Town Hall during our stay there. It was very interesting and found that the internal timber structures were really nice. Highly recommended.

This nice building in the centre of Ghent is well worth seeing. When we were there there was a wedding taking place and we we lucky enough to see the happy couple leave.
