A nice building worth a visit. Visits to the tower should be booked beforehand. Great to know the building's history.

The Library is something else. Go watch and get astonished. The view from the tower is great. Make sure you are not to close to the bells when they ring and take your drink after visiting the tower.

You can have a guided tour to the Bell Tower with carillon. Have a look to the library too. It looks like from Harry Potter.

This building was reconstructed after being destroyed in both world wars, so it's not as old as it looks. However, the tour (with handheld electronic things) telling you about the history of the building is fascinating. I think it's great that you can go into...More

A couple blocks from the city Hall is the University library and Bell tower, The square in front is impressive (I loved the beetle on the needle statue) Also the hot air balloon.
