What a fun way to see the city! Sometimes you cannot hear the speaker over the people but it was informational and beautiful. They did a good job in multiple languages and staying on schedule. Would recommend to anyone visiting!

What a great way to see Bruge. The driver was really funny and spoke to you about the major sites of Bruge. So if you're feet are tired from all the walking around the boat tour is a must. Think we was on the tour...More

All the boats do the same canal tour. We didn’t think it was worth it, but I guess it provides a different viewpoint. It's only 8 euros, so it can be a pleasant way to spend a short amount of time not walking.

A great introduction to Bruges. Pleasant 30 minutes with a commentary that gives an impression of the town and its history.

The tour was only half and hour but was very scenic. The guide didn't offer too much history about the city and could only talk about things along the canal. It was still very relaxing and I think you definitely need to see the city...More

Cost us only €8 for what was described as a 30 minute tour but lasted longer. The boat driver gave a guided and spoken tour throughout which was good as lots of history about the town from someone who lives there. Lots of swans about...More

Sorry for delayed reply. There are at least 3 places to pay/catch a boat and the town is very small so hard to miss them!

They don't take prebookings as far as I know. It's a question of buying a ticket (cash only) and queuing. There are a number of pick up points around Bruges. Google Bootochten Brugge for more info.
