This area is very scenic and relaxing. You can take a walk or picnic or just enjoy the tranquility. There were several swans about when we visited!

Take a stroll here with your love one and appreciate its beauty and charm. I find autumn is the best season to visit this lake.

Beautiful for a walk around, especially in sunny weather. Really picturesque and romantic. Close by to the centre of town.

So relaxing, & so pretty we took a picnic and had an amazing morning. When the weather is perfect like we had, then this park is even more luxurious!

Lovely walk and the daffodils were all out too . Very peaceful. We walked from the 4 windmills and then onto the lake - very easy to do- all flat walking

A peaceful walk just outside the main centre. It's not far from the Beguinage which is also very peaceful.

Views from here are so amazing. It’s hard to imagine it can be so gorgeous. You walk through this when walking from train station to centre.

Very cute here. Lots of couples. Tends to be quite empty when it rains and actually this is one of the nicest times to go as it's not busy. Really nice place to go on a run if you're into that kinda thing. Our b&b...More

The park is close to the city center, so if you want to get away from the crowd of tourists go there to relax and enjoy the sun
