We are seasoned chocoholics - not aiming for the usual Godiva, Neuhaus et all... more aligned with Marcolini, Galler and other small independent artisanal type. Of course, we were very curious about M. Personne. As one enters his shop in Bruges, one could see the...More

To be the "best chocolate" in the world in 2016 it's ok. But the staff.... they should be a bit more professional, regarding the service and the chocolate knowledge.

When you enter the shop you should at first turn to the right and take a look at the show-room to get an impression of how chocolate is made. And Dominique Persoone has perfected the whole process. Beginning at the ingredients, which he gets from...More

Enjoyed our visit to the store - could not decide which flavours to get! Eventually got a box of 8, and went back the next day to get another 8 of different flavours. The flavours they carried included bacon, cannabis, sake, in addition to the...More

It turned out to be that this shop has been awarded with the price for the best chocolate in the world (even compared to Godiva, Leonidas, Pierre Marcolini... other veeery known Belgian chocolate brands). I visited the shop in Bruges. They told me they also...More

Such an amazing array of chocolate and great displays of chocolate making paraphernalia in the entrance. Highly recommend the bacon praline and the earl grey praline for an alternative 'English breakfast' chocolate style!

Chocoholic's heaven. Not a tourist trap like many other shops in Bruges. Pricey but worth it. If you really love and appreciate chocolate do buy some to take home... as much as you can, once it runs out no other chocolate will be good enough......More

Prior to visiting Bruges, I looked up several chocolate shops in advance. There were so many to choose from, I wanted to narrow down my options. My daughter was intrigued by the look of the "Chocolate Pills" and the Chocolate Lipstick. When I walked into...More

Oops, sorry! That was a different chocolate store that I thinking about. Yes, the Chocolate Line does offer shipping but it might be a little expensive.
