This tour was fantastic.
Mario was a really enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. The group was small with just 6 of us and it meant that we all had a chance to interact and have interesting group chats about the history of the area.
Easily best tour/guide. Mario is exactly what a guide should be- engaging, enthusiastic, intelligent. Learnt so much more about the area and Portugal than just the monoliths. Physically easy. Learnt a lot about Neolithic period.

Hi, we spent 2 nights in Évora. It’s a very nice town to explore on your own—aqueducts, Roman wall, cathedral, town museum (including some Neolithic artifacts which are nice to see after the megalith tour). Very good food, wine tasting if that’s your thing. If you’re doing a day trip, plan for a long day! Évora was our favorite stop in Portugal!
