Faro Old Town is well worth taking time to visit and if you do you will not be disappointed. There is a lovely mixture of narrow cobbled streets lined with well maintained typical Portugese houses. Not many people still live there, many of the old...More

We thoroughly enjoyed the Old Town. You walk through one of the many entrances and you are transported back through time into old cobbled streets. The atmosphere is great and there are so many things to do in such a small place. There are bars...More

Faro old town makes you feel as if time has stood still. Well worth a stroll. Some lovely quaint restaurants to be found here.

This is a great place to pass a couple of hours. We visited a few churches, bars and restaurants. Cobbled streets so wear sensible shoes! Nice relaxing place with a good walk that we found on one of the maps in the information centre.

Hi, we mainly used the tourist train. Covers 4 main stops and wasn't too bad price wise. Sometimes the queues were long and at busy times you couldn't always get on the train but it comes back around 15 mins later. Stops... More

Most of the high quality restaurants we were in asked for dietary issues to be advised to staff so presumably would ensure you were catered for.
