A great hike, there are boardwalks and dirt paths that crisscross the whole area plus a set of stairs to take you down to the water. Probably a million great picture opportunities

Travel to Portugal & you must stop to see Ponta da Piedade. The views of the cliffs are incredible, the water isn’t too bad either!

The caves and grotto were an 8th wonder of the world. We were in a small boat which manovered magnificently through these 4000000 year old structures, bringing us into a previously unknown world.

A great point near Lagos, where the summer sunsets are worth waiting for. There are also trails and boatrides among other options.

I think there is some public transport in the form of a bus, but it should be rare. That time of the year, temperatures are still mild, but you may catch some wind and rain.
