Visited mid September 2020. I’ve visited this area 4 times in the past and did not know what to expect during this current situation. Had 4 fabulous days and was pleasantly surprised the amount of people visiting the area. Staff at local bars and restaurants were helpful and friendly as usual. If the 14 day quarantine wasn’t in place I would probably return next month as it’s a good distraction from the doom and gloom in the U.K. Male 38 years old visiting with 5 friends…

We spent 6 nights close to Marina, nice to wonder around looking at the splendid array of boats, restaurants and various shops, we didn’t eat there but shared an enormous €11 ice cream with strawberries etc and people watched for an hour, so many different age groups in particular the young attractive girls & boys tripping over each other taking selfies and small groups doing the same, very vain but amusing ....The only annoyance is the maitre D’s from every restaurant standing in your way trying to sell seats in their eatery’s but all in all a nice couple of hours…

Nice Marina! Good boats and great cleaning. Lots of restaurants to go!! Its the center town of Vilamoura.
