We started our daytrip in Aveiro with a boattrip, which immediately gave us a good overview of the city. The old part of the city with the salt warehouses and the new part of the city with the very nice and modern buildings.

We had an enjoyable tour of the Aveiro canals. Our guide was able to tell us about the history of the canals, the flat bottom boats, and surrounding area and buildings, making sure everyone received the information in their language of choice.

Very good boat ride in Aveiro... 45 minutes with a lot of fun and information about Aveiro.. Very friendly staff with a perfect view :) Discounts for after you eat Ovos moles :)
